Shipping Policy
Lori Mesa Antiques & Fine Jewelry offers free two-day shipping within the USA. Our shipping is fully insured and ships via UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
You will receive a tracking number from us within 24 hours of sale completion. If an alteration or resizing is requested, then the order will ship out within 1 - 2 business weeks.
We do not ship to third-party holding companies.
We must ship to the address provided during checkout.
While we welcome the opportunity to do business with customers from any country, certain aspects of international transactions require special terms. They are as follows: We will NOT provide false information on United States Postal Service Customs forms. This includes but is not limited to lying about contents, claiming items to be gifts or repairs, or claiming a lower-than-actual value.
Insurance Coverage Please note that all shipments are required to be insured for the full value of the package and must require a signature upon delivery. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package on the designated delivery date, as our insurance policy strictly requires it. Any deviation from these delivery guidelines will result in the void of insurance coverage. Additionally, your package will be sealed with clear tape over the top of the box and around the flap closures. We highly recommend that you closely examine the package upon receipt to ensure that it has arrived safely and in good condition.
Return Policy
Online Orders
We do not expect returns on items that have been altered or resized. If a ring is resized at the time of purchase, it is a FINAL SALE.
Items may be returned or exchanged within three (3) days of delivery as long as they are in their original condition.
The Security Tag attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the Security Tag is removed from the jewelry, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This is a security feature we use to verify the authenticity of the item.
We will NOT expect a return or exchange on any item that has been customized or resized. We will not expect a return or exchange after seven (7) days of delivery.
All returns by mail must be received within ten (10) of delivery date. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns outside this timeframe.
Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] so we can determine whether or not the piece is returnable or exchangeable. All returns must be securely packaged and sent back INSURED using a traceable shipping method. All shipping costs for returns are at buyer’s expense. Conflict Resolution
We guarantee to resolve disputes within 1 to 2 business days. In case of any issues with an order or transaction, users are required to contact us via phone, email or mail, and we will respond within 1-2 business day.
Any disputes that cannot be settled between us, either by mediation or arbitration, or through legal proceedings, will be conducted in Wheaton, State of Illinois.
In-Store Orders
We do not expect returns on items that have been altered or resized. If a ring is resized at the time of purchase, it is a FINAL SALE.
Items may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of purchase as long as they are in their original condition, and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
If a return is approved outside the fourteen (14) day window, the refund will be a store credit. The maximum timeframe for a store credit return is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Layaways
We offer two layaways plans on all items over $700. A deposit of a 1/4 the amount is required on all layaways items. All deposits are non-refundable as well as all subsequent payments. All layaway sales are final.
The layaway plans are as followed: 60 days for items under $3,000 and 90 days for items over $3,000.

Payment Policy
Domestic Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, and PayPal.
We DO NOT accept personal checks, cashiers checks or bank checks, money orders, or Western Union.
Domestic PayPal
We must ship to the confirmed address you have on file with PayPal. If the address verified with your account does not match the shipping address you have provided, we will not be able to ship your order using this payment method.
International Payment Policy
We accept credit cards and PayPal in US dollars for international orders. Please note that you may incur additional customs and duty charges during transit through customs. Check with your local customs office for rates.
International PayPal
We must ship to the address registered on your PayPal account, and you must be a verified user. If the address provided is not the same as the address on your PayPal account, we will not be able to ship to you using this payment method.
Resizing
At the time of purchase if the ring needs to be resized then the first sizing is COMPLEMENTARY. Please indicate what size you need in the Custom Resizing box when placing your order. Resizing orders ship out 1-2 weeks from ordering date. ALL resizing orders are FINAL SALE.
Our Condition Scale
Excellent: Minute traces of wear.
Very Good: Very minor traces of wear.
Good: Minor traces of wear, visible when looking closer.
Fair: Noticeable traces of wear, minor dents and worn areas are possible.
Imperfect: Shows obvious traces of wear, losses and denting may be more prevalent.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are available from $100 to $1000 and may be purchased as an e‐gift or physical gift card. The LORI MESA gift card never expires and can be redeemed at LORI MESA Antiques & Fine Jewelry retail location or online at lorimesa.com.
Product Details
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- If the amount of your gift card does not cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with an additional form of payment.
- If your gift card amount is for more than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your gift card account for future use.
- Gift cards are non‐transferable, non‐refundable, and are not redeemable for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Gift cards are not reloadable.
- Please hold onto all gift cards used in your purchase until your order arrives. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it may be necessary to grant credit back to the card(s).
