Items under $1,500 may be returned or exchanged within three (3) days of delivery as long as they are in their original condition. Items over $1,500 may be returned for a store credit only within three (3) days of delivery as long as they are in their original condition.
The Security Tag attached to the jewelry must not be removed. If the Security Tag is removed from the jewelry, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This is a security feature we use to verify the authenticity of the item.
We will NOT expect a return or exchange on any item that have been customized or resized. We will not expect a return or exchange after seven (7) days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange please email us at [email protected] so we can determine whether or not the piece is returnable or exchangeable. All returns must be securely packaged and sent back using a traceable shipping method. Please include a printed copy of your receipt with the order number included.
