Art Nouveau Turn-of-the-Century Citrine, Lapis, Ruby, and Seed Pearl Pendant
This lovely turn-of-the-century citrine, ruby, and seed pearl 14kt yellow gold pendant from the early years of the twentieth century is a beautiful example of the mystical, soft, curvaceous design that defines the Art Nouveau movement. One (1) dazzling oval brilliant-cut citrine is centrally set in yellow gold and is adorned with two (2) smaller bezel set round brilliant cut rubies that sparkles immensely against the bright amber color radiating from the citrine. Two (2) little bezel set seed pearls accent either side of the top central ruby, and all are molded into the 14kt yellow gold frame depicting a scrolled design representing true Art Nouveau characteristics. There is one (1) pear-shaped drop of royal blue lapis that gracefully dangles from the center base of the pendant. Stamp: 14k.
